The Wine-on-Tap system uses a collapsible bladder bag inside a rigid box to store and dispense wine without oxygen contact. As wine is poured, the bag collapses inward, maintaining a seal against the air that would otherwise enter a traditional bottle or carboy. Opened wine stays fresh for 4–6 weeks — dramatically longer than a recorked bottle. The dispensing unit included makes tabletop or fridge serving clean and convenient.
