Deep, dark flavour and rich natural colour — dried elderberries bring a uniquely Canadian character to homemade fruit wine and red wine blends.
These 150g dried elderberries are ideal for making traditional elderberry wine — a deeply coloured, full-bodied fruit wine with earthy, jammy character — or for adding colour, tannin, and complexity to light-bodied red wines. Elderberries are exceptionally rich in anthocyanins (natural colour compounds) and tannins, making them one of the most impactful fruit additions available to home winemakers.
- Weight: 150 g

Winemaker's Tip: Rehydrate dried elderberries in warm water for 20–30 minutes before adding to your must — they release colour and flavour more readily when fully hydrated.
